FAQ
Common questions
Don’t see yours? Call or text (801) 471-7722.
What does a process server do?
A process server delivers legal documents, such as summonses, complaints, subpoenas and eviction notices, to the people named in them, then documents that delivery with an affidavit of service.
What information do you need from me?
The documents to be served, the recipient’s full name, any known home or work addresses, your deadline, and anything that helps identify them (a photo, vehicle, or typical schedule).
How quickly can you serve my papers?
Timing depends on the recipient and location. Rush and same-day options are available — call (801) 471-7722 to talk through your deadline.
What happens if the person can’t be found?
You’ll be kept informed about each attempt. If the address isn’t working, skip tracing may help locate the person.
Will I get proof that the papers were served?
Yes. After service you receive a completed affidavit of service describing when, where and how the documents were delivered.
Can you give me legal advice about my case?
No. Keystone is not a law firm. I deliver documents and provide proof of service, but I’m not an attorney. For questions about which documents to file or which service method your case allows, please consult an attorney or the court.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the job. Call or text (801) 471-7722 for a quote.
